Authentic Baking Company has 2 methods of delivering our cookies:

1. Hand Delivered by an Authentic Baking Company employee. Must be within 15 mile radius.
2. Delivered by a US postal carrier.
Once your order is ready for delivery you will receive tracking information via email.

Please Allow 2-5 business days to complete your order before shipping.

We are not responsible for delays from the shipping carrier. You must contact the carrier for any questions regarding your product once it has left our facility.

Return & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns for the consumable goods. All sales are final sale. No cancellations and no refunds.
